cup Aunt Jemima Original Syrup

Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine Life Cereal, popcorn and pecans in large roasting pan.
Combine Aunt Jemima Original Syrup, butter, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring just until combined. Boil without stirring for 2 minutes.
Pour syrup in a thin stream over cereal mixture. Stir cereal mixture lightly, but thoroughly to evenly coat all pieces.
Spread mixture in an even layer; bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in dried cranberries.
Allow to cool completely. Break apart into smaller pieces; store in an airtight container.
Recipe Yield: About 9 cups
Cook's Tips:
A disposable foil roaster is perfect for baking the cereal mixture.
Recipe may be halved and baked in a 13 x 9- inch baking pan.
